A: You can sign up right on our website! You will find the My Chevrolet Rewards page to sign up, in our 'New' or 'Contact' tabs drop-down. You can also call us for more information!

Q: Can I trade in my car here even if I don't plan on buying a car from your dealership?
A: Yes! After inspecting your car, we will either give you a cash offer or a credit to put it towards anew vehicle if you plan on buying from us.

Q: Can I buy a car online?
A: 
Yes! You can use our Skip the Line Buy Online tool found in our inventory to complete the entire car buying process from home.

Q: What are your sales hours?
A: 
Our current hours are Monday and Thursday 8:30 am - 9 pm. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm. Saturday 8:30 am - 4 pm and closed on Sunday.

Q: What should I look for when test driving a car?
A: 
We recommend making a checklist that includes but is not limited to comfort, functionality, and technology, as well as overall driving experience. Creating a list of things to make note of when test driving a car, will help you get a better sense of whether the model matches your driving style and buying criteria.

Q: What is the difference between buying and leasing a vehicle?
A: Monthly payments tend to be cheaper with a lease than when financing a car because leasing pays for the depreciation of the vehicles versus the price of the vehicle itself. Leasing a car is like renting it for a fixed term, while you make monthly payments then return it at the end of the lease. Buying a car means you finance the vehicle with the help of an auto loan.

Q: What is the difference between a used and certified pre-owned vehicle?
A: 
While both used and certified pre-owned vehicles are both technically used, CPO vehicles have to fall within certain guidelines to be labeled as such. Some guidelines are that the vehicle must have mileage under a certain number, vehicle should be under a certain amount of years old, it must have an almost spotless vehicle history report, and successfully passing a multi-point inspection.

Q: Which vehicles are eligible for a tax credit?
A: 
All electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles are eligible for a tax credit in certain areas at the state and federal level. Talk with our finance department to discuss possible tax credit eligibility for the vehicle you are interested in!

Q: I'm in the market for a new car but I'm not sure which vehicle is best for my lifestyle. Can you help?

I'd like to buy out my leased vehicle, how do I do that?
A: There is a lease-buyout process you will have to go through with our finance team. Feel free to give us a call or come in to meet with our team to complete the process!

Q: Can I complete my finance application online?

Yes - you can complete the pre-approval process online to speed up the process if you are looking to come into our dealership OR you can complete the entire car buying process from home with our Feldman Virtual Assistant tool! 

Q: Can I purchase extra protection for my car on top of a warranty?

Q: I don't see the car I want on your inventory list. Is there a way for me to be notified if it is ever in stock?
Yes! We have a feature on our website that will notify you if we get a specific vehicle in stock. It's called "Find My Vehicle" and you can fill out the form with all the necessary information  here.

Q: Do you offer military discounts?

Q: I'm looking to trade in my vehicle but I'm not sure where to start. Can someone help me?
A:
 Yes, we have a guide on the steps to trading in your vehicle right on our website. But to put it simply, you'll want to bring your vehicle in for an inspection, afterwards we will conduct research into the vehicles make, model, and year, after inspection and market research we will present you with an offer you can accept or deny. If you decide to move forward with accepting our offer our team will collect some information from you including license and registration to complete the transaction so you can get compensated!
